• Return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel provided and is detailed on the rental agreement.
• Extra fuel left at the end of your hire will not be refunded. If you return the vehicle with less than the fuel on your rental agreement Spaceships will charge $100 to replace the fuel. A $200 fuel fee will apply should you return the vehicle empty or very low on fuel.
• Customers are required to return the vehicle in a clean and tidy condition. Dirty vehicles will be charged an additional $150.
• A $300 cleaning fee will apply for toilets returned in an un-sanitised state.
• Spaceships does not refund rentals for unused days.
• Return your vehicle to the location on your rental agreement. If not a relocation fee of NZ$700 will be charged to cover the relocation costs for a Rocket, Beta, Beta 2s or Dream Sleeper Mini.
• Unused hire days and insurance are non-refundable.
