We currently charge £4.99 for their standard delivery. We offer Free Delivery if you spend £50 or more. Depending on your location, standard delivery may take between 2-5 business days from when the order is processed. If you place the order after 1pm, it will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
They currently charge £8.99 for Next Day Delivery. Please note: if you place the order after 1 p.m., it will be processed and shipped on the next business day, and therefore be delivered two days after it was placed. Once your delivery has left their premises it’s at the mercy of Royal Mail. This means that they can’t take responsibility for any delays on their end. They will do their very best to make you aware of any delays and to let you know what you can expect should such a situation arise.
Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. If the return is approved then your refund will be processed for the value of the purchases, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
