Harmont & Blaine accepts all the major of Credit Card and PayPal.

As soon as the order leaves their warehouse, you will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment containing the traceability code that you can use to monitor the delivery of your package directly on the courier's website.

To request an invoice for your order, you can contact their Customer Service using the e-mail address shop@harmontblaine.it

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact the customer service that will guide you in the return or product replacement procedure.

To start the return process, you need to create a request from your personal account page. You will receive an email in which you will be provided with the necessary instructions for the procedure. The transport costs for returning the product will be at their expense.

Upon the arrival of the goods at their warehouse, the items will be subjected to quality control to verify that the return complies with the TERMS AND CONDITIONS. There is no reimbursement for products received in conditions that do not comply with these terms. If the return is accepted, you will be notified by e-mail and will receive a refund on the credit card used for the purchase within approximately 30 days from the date on which the items were returned to their warehouse.
