Hot Octopuss's waterproof toys can simply be rinsed. Alternatively, for those toys that are not waterproof, you can use a toy cleaner or wipe them with a damp cloth.
Hot Octopuss will issue you with a Returns Authorization Number and ask you to return the product to them. Once the product is evaluated and deemed to fall within the warranty, Hot Octopuss will send you a replacement.
Unfortunately not. Warranty claims are for exchanges only.
